ATHanasios megarisiotis | furniture & objects

Lightness and “joie de vivre’’ are Athanasios' way of life, which he learned through the practice of yoga. These values, based on the grounding, perseverance and precision that this discipline requires, are also present in his art. A constant learning process guided by spirituality, and where he creates his artworks that reflect humility and gratitude.

‘Ever since that I have been striving for maximum reduction, I have always been fascinated by the powers of primary elements such as earth, heat, wind and water. Nature itself, the fundamental masterpiece, flawed and therefore faultless continues to dominate my personal design language of tranquility, peaceful proportions and a harmonious oneness.’ (Athanasios Megarisiotis)
